All my life my heart was into stories and fashion. The way to tell a story using clothes is my passion and keeps fascinating me for years. That's why the combination of costume design studies and acting classes for more than ten years was the way for me.
I started when I was 20 with theater costume design studies at "Rakefet Levy Performing Art Center", meanwhile, I was working at "Danny Bar-Shay Studio" as an assistant wardrobe girl (I worked with him for 3 years). I then continued with sawing and knitting courses at "Shenkar Institude" in Israel and then moved to NY for a year taking fashion courses at "FIT NY". While living there I took styling jobs to support myself. When I came back from NYC I started the full path for costume and stage design at "Seminar Hakibutim" under Frida Shoham and Itzik Weingreten’s lead. By then I was already a working costume designer and was already working my own projects. After a while, I continued to full acting studies at "Beit Zvi Performing Art Center" and I took a break from work to concentrate in my studies.
I carry all the things I have learned, and these are my tools for my work. I was nominated twice for the Israeli Oscar (Ophir awards) for two wonderful projects (temporary 50' film and religious world film). I worked with great filmmakers and I learned a lot about leading a good wardrobe department with good crew.
Recently I came back from Los Angeles where I lived for a couple of years. I just finished the second season of "Metim lerega" (Andamol) and "Yomanin" by Keren Margalit (Yuli August productions).
